One of the biggest mistakes I made when starting out my business was failing to engage all of my friends and family to make sure that they not only knew what I did, but made sure other people did as well. My growth (though good) would've been much more rapid if I'd been more aggressive in not only promoting myself, but getting others to do the same. Great article.
